As an independent consultant, Mr. Hager has taken on such diverse projects as producing merger and acquisition presentations for the telecommunications industry, creating corporate logos and corporate image programs for telecommunications, publishing and manufacturing companies, creating web sites to showcase private antique collections, producing print collateral material for the metal products manufacturing industry and producing training documents and teaching concentrated software courses to the staff of several prominent South Florida companies.
As Marketing and Creative Director of Stainless Incorporated, Deerfield Beach Florida, an $85 million dollar design, manufacturing, and distribution corporation of quick service restaurant kitchens, dining rooms and play structures, Mr. Hager was charged with control of all creative functions of the company including marketing, corporate image, product development and design quality.
While at Stainless, Mr. Hager produced a continuing four-year projection corporate sales and marketing plan containing industry standards and projections, trends and practices, competitive analysis, customer projections, annual corporate sales budget, and marketing strategies for individual customer accounts resulting in a measurable increase in market share of several major clients in consecutive years. He produced and supported sales tools for outside sales staff and maintained a support system which greatly reduced errors in field and increased sales effectiveness. Mr. Hager led the marketing team in the complete redesign and coordination of the corporate image including collateral materials, office products, marketing strategies, trade show displays and corporate presentations to improve and unify corporate brand recognition.
Mr. Hager conceived and directed highly visible trade show concepts coordinated with a corporate image refurbishment resulting in increased long term product and corporate brand recognition. He chaired the corporate management committee, created to reduce redundancy and improved interdepartmental efficiency. Long Beach California, a $40 million-dollar design and manufacturing firm of restaurant dining room and play structures, Mr. Hager redesigned all corporate image, collateral materials and unified the total corporate image including business cards, letterheads, all office materials, and trade show displays creating a recognizable brand identity for the company. He also designed and developed cohesive and updated corporate market images for two corporate subsidiaries.
Mr. Hager has also held positions as Design Director at Jay Buchbinder Industries, Inc., Alfred Gordon Designs, Costa Mesa California and Giltspur Exhibits, Garden Grove California.
Mr. Hager received his degree in Environmental Design at The Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles (now in Pasadena), California with further graduate studies at Cal State University, Fullerton, California.
